Brillantes is not a soccer club — we’re something different. We are a club-neutral, community soccer organization dedicated to empowering Latina youth in Milwaukee through accessible, high-quality soccer development programs. Our mission is to close the opportunity gap for Latinas in soccer by offering inclusive and supportive off-season programming such as training camps, clinics, futsal leagues, and mentorship opportunities.

Latina youth in our community have not been given the same level of investment, access, or opportunity as their male or white counterparts. Because of this, they are disproportionately excluded from the life-enriching benefits and opportunities youth sports can provide. We are here to close the opportunity gap because we believe Latina youth deserve more.
